Precise manufacturing, reliable air duct solutions
With many years of experience, we manufacture air duct fittings and ducts for individual and series production. From design to production, every stage of the process is carried out by our own specialists, relying on our modern machinery and proven manufacturing processes.
Our solutions comply with industry standards and ensure a precise fit, long service life and reliable operation in both industrial and commercial environments.
Air ducts and fittings
Our products are manufactured under continuous airtightness testing in accordance with the ÖNORM H 6015-2 standard.
Size range: Our air ducts are available in sizes from 100×100 mm to 3000×3000 mm.
Manufacturing technology: The fittings are cut using precision plasma cutting. We use modern RAS machines for assembly and Bölhoff and Eckold clinching machines for fastening the frames.
Connection: We manufacture standard versions with 20 and 30 MEZ frames, but the connection methods can be changed to meet individual requirements – please consult our technical colleagues.

Control dampers
We offer reliable GEIGER-type control dampers for precise air volume control.
Vibration dampers
Special intermediate pieces for air handling systems that prevent the propagation of vibrations generated during operation in the duct network.
Sound dampers
Our units designed for noise reduction in air handling systems are manufactured in flexible widths to meet the highest acoustic requirements.
Technical characteristics:
Structure: The sound absorber housing contains rock wool-filled baffles for effective noise reduction.
Design: Ribbed housing made of 0.6–0.8 mm thick galvanized sheet metal.
Insulation: Non-combustible, hygienically safe rock wool filling that resists the colonization of fungi and bacteria.
Protection: Aerodynamically optimized profiles with fiberglass lamination, perforated sheet metal covering as required. Powder-coated surface as required.
Standards:
Fire resistance: Class A1 (DIN EN 13501-1).
Hygiene: VDI 6022 compliance.
